Nature Education Camps

Nature club conducts Nature education camps in different parts of the country. The camps are ideally located in heart of a forest, on coral island, in Himalayas, near wetlands. The camps serve to attract newcomers of all ages to observe nature and wildlife at close quarters. We ensure that participants enjoy our camps thoroughly, while being sensitive about the environment in which the camps are conducted.

Camps promote a formation of a bond between the person and environment. As a person increasingly participates in the camping activities, the desire to conserve our fast depleting forests and wildlife is awakened. Such a participant will be a life long promoter of nature conservation activities and an active volunteer for the club activities. Camps are also training grounds for more proactive citizens of tomorrow, as the club focuses actively on age groups of 10 –16 years.

The activities in the camps include Trekking, Rock climbing, Bird watching, wildlife study, plant study, Reptile study and astronomy.

We also undertake free camps for students of rural schools, using our own financial resources and support of our sponsors.
